There are so many things we are happy about since having the whole house filtration system

Showering is excellent. The water is very soft;
No more film and water marks on the glass shower doors;
Now have drinkable safe water. Don’t have to purchase and carry the bottled water;
Don’t have to use as much detergent for doing laundry;

This is in regards to delivery yesterday July 1, 2026.
Anthony came at 4:40 PM and filled my tub with salt. He gave me this card for me to give him a rating because he’s being placed into a drawing to get a monetary prize.
He was very friendly, respectful, and did a great job. Hope he wins.
Christian texts me and lets me know he is on his way. He makes sure that my tank is delivered even when I am not at the house. I am able to communicate with him via text to remotely open the garage for him to deliver my tank.

Unfortunately we were not able to use their softwater system. We do have the infiltration system and are happy with that. We were told by our contractor that our house was plumbed for softwater but we were not. It would cost thousands to have a plumber to try and locate all our pipes and then have to replace drywall and paint and we just got through remodeling our home. So we can’t really say much about their system. I can address their staff. Derek is the salesman and he is really a great person he has been there for all the problems. Rod is the technician and came out as soon as there was a problem. Garret answers the phone and he is so sweet and helpful. I would recommend them because if there is a problem they will go above and beyond to help resolve it.
We could tell immediately the improvement with cleaner water.

They did a great job. Ron explained everything thoroughly and I even learned some things about our system. They left no mess and we now continue with great tasting and softened water for over 20 years!
