Breanna in Billing / Customer Service (?) was extremely helpful in resolving my payment question. And she easily started us on Auto Pay - which I thought we had started months ago, at installation.
She is professional and knowledgeable, as well as friendly and personable. After helping with the initial issue, she also helped with monthly service questions.
I like using softened water, and I very much appreciate that the RO system purifies our water very well. Our local water has a lot of calcium, etc., and every time I use the RO system, I'm grateful to have pure water in this area.
