efficiently, professionally, and timely.
He is also knowledgeable.
We needed 6 bags of salt which he handled easily and tested the water to assure the delay in delivery did not impact the water negatively.

Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback regarding one of Culligan’s employees, Jason. Jason is a driver and the individual who exchanges our tank every month via the company’s portable exchange tank program. Please be aware that he has provided consistent, dependable service over the last several months. He is friendly, respectful, and highly conscientious when performing his job. The latter of these three qualities is especially important to us, as each and every month we have received tanks that function well.
Jason likewise fields questions competently and appears to have acquired a significant amount of knowledge during his short tenure at Culligan. Our understanding is that he is part of Culligan’s West Warwick team, whom we have found to be highly caring in response to our water filtration needs. The men who make up this team are stellar and know who they are, as we’ve provided feedback about each of them in the past.
All in all, it appears that Culligan has made an excellent choice in bringing Jason on board. He is a hard worker who has demonstrated the same strong work ethic and solid customer relations skills that we have come to appreciate with the West Warwick team. We’ve been well taken care of by these individuals over the years, and given that the exchange program will be ending soon, we’d like to single them out and thank them for their many efforts.
