Chelsea came promptly on time, listened to my concerns, checked the softener & explained the process. She introduced herself, checked the settings, made adjustments as needed. The water softener filter was foul, dark brown, looked like it hadn’t been changed for years, brown water leaking out when she removed and replaced with a new filter. Before she left she refilled the salt which was almost empty with 4 bags.
She is an exemplary service tech who is a credit to Culligan, very knowledgeable plus it was
clear she enjoyed her job.

Tim and Alex deserve their own buddy-comedy show. They show up fast, get the job done like pros, and somehow turn a water delivery into entertainment. I’m convinced they train for speed in their off time because those bottles don’t stand a chance.
They’re hilarious, always in a great mood, and honestly… they look so much alike they could say they’re twins and we’d all believe it. Same smiles, same energy — just double the awesome service.

I have well water. Love the way Culligan softens my water. My skin comes out so soft after bathing. Less detergent needed for laundry.
