Fantastic product. I don't think the filters last even close to a year though. I believe you should have biannual service instead of 1x a year when on the premium plan. People end up drinking even more contaminants once the filters are saturated. Other than that, I constantly recommend your company to friends and family. My sister is buying a system from culligan this week!

Our delivery guy, Brandon, is incredible. For him a line, we will keep a 10-12 can per month set up. Dude is amazing. Calls before coming and is insanely helpful!

Well it all started when I popped in the office and a lovely lady called Maya working at the front desk, I explained my situation and asking about potential renting a water softener system. Maya took my details and I received a great call from Thomas and he and I had a good chat about what I was looking for. Thomas said that he would give the details to Allan for him to set up a house call and do a water test. Allan di come over and performed the test and results with a bit of iron and hard water. After the discussion and promoting the full iron softener UV light and financing would be the decision saving money on a monthly basis instead of renting. Your company sent 2 amazing installers (Shane and Matt) and those two were spectacular and very very good at their work. They both Explained everything about what they did and what to expect. Shane & Matt were the perfect team and I was making sure they were OK and offering food and drinks. Shane popped in today for a service call to adjust the settings. Again from the minute I went in and installation completed and very clean and we should enjoy the New system. Shane & Matt both should be praised by their supervisor for their excellent work.
