Perfect product and service
Home delivery the guys are prompt and very helpful. They will put the bottles in two different areas as if is hard for me to lift. So they are always so nice. When I call the office for a delivery she is always prompt in settling up my delivery and nice and friendly

I like working with Mike and Danny they are both very easy to work with and nice. I do not like the fact that on week ends and after hours there is no one to make contact with if there is a serious problem.
Rental arrangement
Ty Lehto serviced my unit yesterday and did an amazing job. I did not feel rushed and he was very informative and thorough. My unit is getting up in age and I was very pleased at his thoroughness. I will definitely request him again. Thank you, Ty for a job well done.
When the person came to install the OR he got right to work. Told me who to call to drill the hole in the granite. That person was here in a half hour. Culligan person came back and put faucet in. Job completed in one day and he also cleaned up after himself!

Quick, on time friendly
We have been on the mantience plan for years with Culligan. Our water softener system is quite old and they have serviced and repaired it any time we've needed anything done. They also bring salt and install it so we don't have to handle the heavy bags or keep an inventory around the house.
Their service technicians have all been very well trained, personable and timely.
Everything.. from the first call to the installation.. I am taken care of professionally, promptly, and always kindly. Jamey the installer is so knowledgeable and he keeps in the loop of the installation process as well as teaching me about the machine and the tech that he's installing so I know how to operate it and troubleshoot it.
Mitch came out to the house and tested the water and gave me an idea what they could do to help me and it's been just fabulous service all the way around
