I made several attempts to speak with Ocala Culligan Manager but my calls were never responded to. My purpose was to inform him how satisfied we were with Jon Durham and installer William, I’d still like to talk with him.
Culligan systems were more expensive than other manufacturers but anyone who performs research and compares will quickly learn the difference and why Culligan is more expensive. We have had other soft water and filtration systems that were good over the years, however Culligan’s are without a doubt the very best.
The Ocala Culligan team are impressive and professional, hard to find today but they’re out there. You just need to research and remain informed and educational.
So far I have had one spring water delivery. The associate was amenable and very courteous. The water bottles seem fine. No issues at this time.
