The customer service is exceptional
We really like our water man, Thomas. He always brings the bottles inside for me if Im home. Its only a few steps but it certainly makes a difference. We dont have to worry about struggling to haul those bottles inside when he shows up. Kudos to him.
Um I like uh, especially like the culligan man, the guy that comes here, he's always friendly kind seems to know what he's doing. And if I ever have a problem, he's always able to figure it out. So he's very helpful. And your products seem to I've had them for years and I've never had a big problem. So That's it. I guess.
Tom does a really good job. He checks that our machine is full, replaces the empty bottles and always has a great attitude.
