Reliable products. Had both softener and RO purifier systems for over 43 years. Had one equipment failure in that time. Since I had kept my warranty up to date, the part was replaced at no cost.
Salt deliveries are timely, and the delivery associates are always pleasant.
We recently moved and had our system removed and reinstalled at another address. We also purchased another system for our new home. The sales manager coordinated the reinstall and new installation in one day.

The installation went very well just about a year ago and we are very satisfied with our water quality. The salt delivery works so well as we are not able to deal with the 40 pound bags and a set of steps. The delivery man was very friendly , filled our softener with 4 bags and took the empty bags with him. It just doesn't get any better than that. Thanks for your outstanding service.
