I have a lot of equipment from Culligan and am happy with everything! From the softener, iron filter, drinking water!Without Culligan, living out on a farm my clothes would be ruined, I would be hauling my drinking water, my bathtub, toilet, sinks would be orange from the hard water! I am very happy with everything Culligan has to offer, from their service to the guys that deliver the salt and put it in the salt bed for me! I don’t need to worry about the equipment, just have to give them a call if anything’s wrong! Very pleased for sure !

We have been a Culligan Customer for 12 years. First the water softener that provided soft water to the house. Just recently we noticed a change in the water, we called Culligan to come test the water as we had noticed an issue that started a few weeks back. It was discovered we had bacteria in the water along with the soluble iron. After testing our water we discovered that we needed additional equipment to provide us with safe drinking water so a Chlorination/De-Chlorination system has been added. After a couple days the water quality has been good. All of the years we have been provided quality professional service from all of the folks at Culligan,Ocala. I recommend Culligan to anyone experiencing issues with their well water quality.
At age 73, I don't need to me lugging around bags of salt. We appreciate the consistency of service.

The technician is knowledgeable, proficient and courteous. the system works well unless there is a power outage. It would be nice to have manuals or a list of procedures that need to be performed for the whole house reverse osmosis system we have.
