Well, my delivery guy guillermo is great. He's been here twice. Very pleasant. Comes at the time when he was supposed to be here. And most of the time, communications with collagen is pretty good. But there are times where there is some miscommunication. No call back. This app, for example, on doing the feedback doesn't work because you put in the code and it says that that code is not valid. So there are some gaps in communication and technology. And that's what I like.

The driver who delivers the water is very kind and courteous.comes around the same time,in the morning.Asks if I need anything else. 12 five gallon jugs of water every month. When I call, someone always takes care of my needs. Sometimes I get kind of loud with that person, they are always kind and understanding, always take care of my problems I think I am having. You people are great 😃👍 thank you!!
The staff is quick to respond and communicates well. I have been in my home for 35 years. My Culligan softener and Ph tank work extremely well on my hard water.
