The tech that came out to service my units was very detailed, I'm in the Construction Industry and even for me some stuff was a bit hazy at first. Through the service he was able to answer all questions. The units themselves including hole house water softener and RO both were cleaned/Regn & water quality afterwards was great.
Well, Culligan tech David T. just left, and what a change from previous annual visits. His thorough work was most appreciated.
From initially testing the kitchen sink water for proper functioning of our system and checking the hardness of the water coming into the house from the street main, to testing the effectiveness of the softener’s regeneration cycle and readjusting its schedule to match our actual usage, David was exceptionally thorough. He also took the time to answer my questions, explain the three steps involved in the softener regeneration process, and deliver the bags of salt we were due.
It was a level of annual maintenance I don’t recall ever receiving from Culligan in the six years our system has been installed, and it has renewed my faith in the company. His careful testing of the system, fine-tuning of the control settings, detailed note-taking, and initiation of a manual regeneration cycle to make sure everything was functioning properly after he had finished were especially appreciated. He then provided me with a written summary of his findings and the work performed.
I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt this level of care and attention deserved one.
