We just moved into our home in Suamico from a move from California. We have Culligan reverse osmosis equipment and never had this before. We called Metzners and asked for help and service. They were very responsive and we got a pretty quick appointment. The servicemen were on time, professional, helpful, courteous and very friendly and did a great job. They explained the system very well so know we feel confident on how to use it. Our filters were replaced and the system was checked and was assured it was in good working condition. We highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

The delivery gentleman was literally in & out in 5 minutes. Removed his wet shoes, filled my softener & put the 3 extra bags in my closet. Fantastic!!
The delivery guys are awesome, friendly and well mannered. The equipment works ok. Sometimes just have to call and they will come adjust it. Overall can't beat the price for convenience.
