When I got to there point I could no longer lift bags of water softener salt, I contacted Culligan and set up delivery and it has been a lifesaver. They bring in the salt and then fill up the water softener accordingly. I haven't had one single problem. Plus, you get a note a few days before reminding you they are coming which is good for me because my water softener is accessible through my garage so I open the door on the day and then close it once they leave. I have never needed to have any contact with them because of the efficiency. I'm very pleased with the service.
