This was a great experience all around. A good visit from Mark where we had a real conversation, I felt heard and understood and he ably addressed all of my concerns. Same goes for the technician - now I'm blanking, is his name Jason? - he was excellent. Again, had an honest conversation, homeowner to homeowner, and he addressed all of my concerns with the thorough job he did. It made a difference to me that I never felt that anyone was trying to convince me or really to sell me anything. It was all matter of fact, "this is what we offer, this is what we do." That and the fact that they listened and seemed to appreciate my position. I've already recommended Culligan to friends.

I have utilized Culligan products and services for nearly 25 consecutive years at this point. During that entire period (emphasize entire), I have found Culligan mechanicals to be highly reliable, trustworthy, reliable and trouble-free. Customer service, in all that time period as well, has been outstandingly responsive, courteous, and eager to genuinely listen, clearly demonstrating a sense of urgent diligence to resolve and rectify any issue presented to them.
Additionally, with regard to the administrative and corporate levels of the Culligan organization, I must honestly say that I have recently been pleasantly surprised by the high degree of empathetic response, sensitivity and kindness extended to me in recent days. It quickly became evident to me that my responses to a random survey, much like this one, were genuinely and sincerely considered with a great deal of soberness and concern - something nearly unheard of in the culture of the day. It is even more so extraordinary and improbable to believe that an organization owned by private equity, as Culligan is, can be capable of exhibiting excellency in customer-centric values. In most cases these days, the primary and only objective is material gain and profit. With that in mind, it is blindingly obvious, at least to my own personal perspective, that Culligan stands alone as that honorable, esteemed and trustworthy unicorn among the savages of the modern day business world.
The skepticism I once had around the status of goods and services when Culligan sold out to private equity has transitioned to quiet confidence in an organization that listens to its customers and does right by them.

I have an anual service agreement with you.
I paid over $200 for that appointment. After that the system wasn’t working normally so I called and was hit with Yet another service call and $40 labor. The service agreement is to prevent this kind of thing from happening.
I have no intention of paying the labor or service call as that should have been included in the service agreement.
Both products and services are excellent! I have had very friendly and courteous service and salt delivery personnel at my home for years now. The best water service company in town. I would highly recommend them.
