Eliminate hard water

Water is exceptional. But, price keeps going up
First of all, customer service is hard to find. I sent an email to increase the number of water bottles—no response —and I am still receiving the same number. It's hard to find the right customer service phone line to speak with someone.
As far as the quality of the drinking water, it's good. I cancelled Primo due to their poor service, but they had great-tasting water, and I think Culligan is as close as I can get to what I used to drink.
Hopefully, this review helps improve the customer service.
