Josh Rivera did an awesome job. I've been dealing with a water leak that caused my water bill to be close to $2,000 and I needed to have the water softener serviced and inspected to rule it out as a possible source. Josh did a thorough inspection of the hardware system, even digging around the pipes underground and confirmed the system was working properly and not contributing to the leak problem. By Josh doing such a thorough inspection of the system, and confirming the system was working properly, Josh helped me save money because he said it didn't need to be serviced and it was in very good condition. He gave me the option to choose the service, but generously informed me it wasn't needed. That spoke volume regarding his professionalism and character, and the quality of the product.
Reps arrived as scheduled; delivered the bags of salt and new filters just as requested. They are always professional but friendly.

The first technician did a needed check-up on my system 6/17/26, advised it was 14 yrs old and needed replacing ASAP. The second technician came on 7/1/26 to install a new unit. However, he ran into an unforeseen plumbing issue with the complex I live in. They saw a problem, explained it to me in simple terms and gave me immediate options, the new install date is 7/9/26.
I really appreciate the water quality for my bathing, cleaning and laundry. I'm also very pleased with both technicians' professional service and great personalities.
I've recommended to the property manager and owners; they should install a unit in the main office laundry room, which is used by residents who don't own their own washers or dryers.
