When I called in with a problem, I was treated with respect and in a friendly manner. The Tech was out here sooner than I had expected (with a confirmation before just showing up) and got right to work. After fixing the initial problem he encountered another issue. Luckily for me his truck was fully loaded and he had all the plumbing parts needed to fix the issue. In less than an hour we were back in service. Things have been working great. Thanks to all involved.
When I call to place an order for products for my chlorination system, I am always greeted in a friendly and professional manner. The delivery is scheduled efficiently and delivered on time. On the rare occasion that a delivery needs to be rescheduled, I am kept informed as to the new delivery date by both email and in person.
The delivery person accommodates my needs to have the product put in the tanks as the containers are too heavy for me to lift and I do appreciate that.
