I need the convenience of having bottled water readily available, especially in the summer for ice cubes, and I need the help to carry the jugs into my apartment. I find the price per jug a little bit high, but I don't have the muscles to haul my own jugs, plus I've tried a few home filter systems that all turned out to be more maintenance, expense and hassle than they were worth. Their delivery drivers are top notch and are so polite and extremely helpful. I'm so pleased with my monthly visits and love seeing a familiar face that I've grown to trust.

Delivery person goes out of their way to ensure my bottles get exchanged, even to the point of taking my empties out of the storage box when I forget to put them out. I greatly appreciate that level of service and understanding.
