The installation and service team is professional and timely, and they answer any questions we have. They do exactly what they commit to do. Most importantly, the water tastes and feels excellent.

I like the fact that the technician carries the heavy bags of salt into the area where the softener is located.
The fact that I don't have to carry the bags of salt and change the filter since I am a disabled veteran. However I think the price is a little high.
