Service tech is very professional and courteous, but it takes 2 weeks before he is scheduled to make the service call which means that I’m paying for the whole month but only getting soft water for 2 weeks. I should have received a credit for the 2 weeks that my rental was not working. This has happened numerous times in the past.

I love the service, always great. However, this new "billing" site,, I cannot even login. My account number does not exist, even though it is clearly listed on my invoice. I am a busy person, I pay online, and now I have to find time to call and figure out why my account doesn't exist so I can pay my bill. This is extremely frustrating.

Christian was very thorough about the install of my Water Softener and walked me through the process of how they work. He answered all my questions that I had that I asked and that I didn't understand. The only complaint that I have is he didn't have the hardware to complete the job by attaching clamps to hang the hose which are drooping down. I don't understand that part of the install process. Please call and explain that process.
