When Ben came to the house to explain everything he was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. At the installation he came back to check everything. My installation was performed by Justin. Justin was also polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained what he would be doing and kept me informed as to the progress. Both Ben and Justin impressed me with their capabilities regarding their business.

It is unbelievable how much softer the water is now, and because of that the way our clothes feel and the appliances look.
I like that they are efficient, convenient, and that I don't have to lay out thousands of dollars to purchase a water softener. Renting makes more sense to me.
