The gentlemen who bring the salt and put it in are tank are very kind.
We were very happy with Frank. He explained how the salt free twin premium tanks would help our older copper pipes. That was our main objective. But now we realize it also helps our skin and hair. The water is much cleaner without the chlorine. Both the conditioning and carbon tanks are very good. We called several plumbers earlier that week. They all wanted to put in the Halo system.. We weren’t impressed. Then we called Culligan - knowing it was known for water filtering for a very long time. We are pleased we went with Culligan. David did a good job installing the system. We feel confident that we made the right choice going with Culligan.

Seamless. We contracted with you to supply the salt for the water softener unit. You sent us a schedule. The truck arrives as scheduled and the salt is delivered and put into the holding unit. No fuss, no carrying heavy bags from the store, no lifting those bags into the holding unit.
On occasion, the softener unit has gone offline and the delivery person saw that the salt had not gone down as it normally does. He noted it and we received a call from the office that there might be a problem. We were happy to be able to jump on the situation quickly and get things working correctly.
Everyone we have spoken with on the phone or at our home has been courteous and helpful. Good people.
You are on a scheduled time to deliver. You deliver in the morning. Always answer my questions. When I call the tiffin office they are always so helpful and kind.
Josh is extremely helpful. I am able to reach out to him with any questions on the unit he helped get put in for me and he responds quickly. Would definitely recommend working with him!
