Professional most of the time, especially service employees. Customer Service when I had a dispute over a service issue, I called three times and the manager did not return my call.
I called about being charge to service to a pump on the property that Culligan does not service The new employee said there was an issue with the pump and could not be serviced until repaired. So I said yes to paying repair cost. The service man came and said there is nothing wrong with the pump and does not need repair. He asked if there was another pump on property, I said yes but not in use. The new service person when there and not the yellow shed where we have our main pump. I dispute is I should not have to paid service call for a mistake made by a Culligan service person. So I was truly disappointed to not resolve. The regular service person was great in doing an inspection and asking questions and resolving.
All in all I would recommend Culligan. I do like how they service our water on the property.
