Water is great and delivery schedule is convenient. Not having to handle heavy bags of salt is awesome.
Your customer service is excellent, both on the phone and in person. The delivery drivers are friendly and so helpful by carrying the bags downstairs and loading the salt into the equipment for us. We are both 80 and unable to deal with such weight of the salt bags. Noraine is wonderful and explains how the machinery works so that we can understand. We are very fortunate to have this Culligan equipment in our house - thanks to previous owners.
I appreciate that the service guys will carry the bags of salt to my basement for me and change the filters so I don't have to worry about any of it. They make sure to keep any mess contained so that my house stays neat.

The water filter system provides clean drinking and cooking water and helps reduce the environmental damage from plastic bottles. Nice to also filtered hot water on tap, reduce the amount of energy used to boil water for cooking and coffee and tea. Annual service provided and excellent customer service, although I have only had to call once in my entire 2+ years of being a customer. Overall, an excellent service for a very good price.

We have been living (in the "country") St. Clair Co., now for more than 39 years and use Culligan for all our hard well water issues. We rent our softener and get all our service from them as well. it has been a very good relationship for us! During all those years they have made scheduled salt deliveries, prompt service on the equipment, when needed, made suggestions on a better system that saved us money!
