I like the straightforward nature of Timm is a real boon. He got right to work, tested the water to make sure there was nothing wring with the filter itself, then he reset the indicator and everything was in good working order. It was a quick in and out and gave me peace of mind. That is kind of service I truly like. he was still friendly while still working fast, no complaints at all.
