The tech was very pleasant and answered several questions that I had about my service. His advice was appreciated. Since I was contemplating cancelling my service, his visit assured me to continue with the service although I think the raise of monthly rental should paid off by now as a tech inky needs to service my system 3 times a year rather than monthly.

Great Product, Great Service
The technicians arrived on time, quickly analyzed water quality, replaced the drinking water filters and the main system filter and gave advice on the preferred way to fill the system softener. They answered any questions, quickly calculated the amount of softener we use each month and reset the backwash time. It was a very efficient annual visit.
Thankful to have better quality water.

Quality water softener. I've had this unit for years and had no problems with it. Works great. Only had a couple of service calls, one was my fault, and the other was from a power outage. Service is excellent!

The installation, including eight salt bags and removal of the old softener) was complete in less than 1 hour and 15 minutes; they started at 11:00, which was the predicted start time. The explanation of the function was thorough, and helpful.
The effects were noticeable the very next day, and made a dramatic difference. Between the improvement, and the savings on salt, the choice of this unit makes it easy to recommend.

They treat the iron out of my water
I use the tank exchange filtration monthly service and I am very satisfied with the water quality in my home and the timeliness of the delivery crews who swap my tanks.
I like the smart features they installed so I can monitor and shutoff my water remotely from anywhere. The leak detection and auto shutoff is also pretty cool. The water tastes great and feels much better on skin.
