The delivery service infrastructure is very efficient and the communication as to reminders is very appreciative. While the price for the salt is higher than you would purchase at a box store or club store, the convenience and the professional delivery offsets the higher cost of the bags of salt. The delivery personnel are very cordial, courteous, and professional.
Everyone is so courteous and knowledgeable of the products. Make us feel like we are the most important person while waiting on us. The water is top quality.

We have hard water, and have struggled to find equipment to keep up. A friend suggested Culligan. After finding the leasing/rental program, we have enjoyed soft water. They look at the equipment and bring salt for an extra fee. Great communication from the office in regards to delivery. Friendly staff and delivery/service people.
