Very easy to get set up, love the text reminders of deliveries, and like being able to communicate with the route driver via text so I know when to put my dogs inside (they're friendly, just extremely large and love to get in the way).

Recently I had a situation involving my well and my home filter that required one of their techs coming to help me out, Anthony was calm (I was kind of stressed), pleasant, solved the problem and showed me how to handle it myself if it should crop up in the future. I'm grateful for assistance, his knowledge of the circumstance and pleasant demeanor.
