I had a water softener installed in 2012. I have had no issues except for a couple of routine maintenance issues. At the same time, I started water delivery. I had already had a water cooler for 5 gallon jugs and would go to grocery store for refills. Now Culligan delivers for about the same price! No lugging bottles around in my car. As I age, its more difficult to move them around so delivery service is great. They gave me a rack to hold bottles in my garage. I have been using them ever since 2012 and highly recommend.

I have been a customer for many years and at multiple homes and there are multiple things that keep me coming back. However, the most important things are the way I am treated as a customer. Everyone is always kind and helpful, from the office staff to technicians to the delivery drivers. That goes a long way with me, and I can't say that about many companies. Also, the fact that my pricing has stayed the same for many years. I understand that the cost of things has to change from time to time, but Culligan has kept our pricing changes to a minimum.
