First of all, A+ customer service. The ladies that answer the phones are so kind and professional. The delivery drivers are always kind and professional, too. Due to health reasons, I cannot lift the water jugs, so the driver always puts a new one in for me.
Secondly, a gold medal for the water and cooler. It tastes fabulous. It comes out ice cold and boiling hot, depending on my needs, every time!
