I gave a bad review last week. Culligan called and discussed the issue and things were resolved. The problem was with an error in Geocode of my residence provided by Google. That has happened many times over the years so this was an honest mistake. Other than this one issue which is now resolved i have had excellent srevice from Culligan.
We’ve enjoyed our Culligan product and have been super pleased with the customer service provided by your staff but primarily your technician's. Namely today, Lucas Gardner, who came to our rescue to address our ultra violet bulb that sanitizes our well water. He was punctual, professional and very knowledgeable, He’s a true asset to your company.
Very good installation process. The workmen appeared to be very competent and did a really good job installing the system. They did not rush through it which was appreciated.
