I had a very good experience this past Friday. The gentleman who delivered my salt, Don, was extremely helpful. He brought the bags in and added them to my water softener, which was helpful since I'm elderly. Don was personable and helpful. I told him how difficult it usually was with Culligan deliveries because I am usually given only the day of delivery, not a window of time. He actually gave me his business number and told me I could call him the day of future deliveries so that he could tell me approximately when he would be conning. This was the best example of customer service I've had in a long time.. much appreciated!
The price is right and the service is dependable.

I love the opportunity to have an app that helps with the management of our soft water system, as well as the privilege program which triggers, salt replacement and maintenance.
In terms of the installation, everything was excellent. Peter, our installer, arrived on time, completed the project efficiently, and went through the app set up process.

Our service tech, Juan D. Garcia serviced our garage water softener unit, replaced our indoor water faucet and changed and replaced our indoor filters to our soft water system: he did an excellent job! He was very efficient, he had all parts with him and was able to do all the work on the spot without having to return or delay. We were pleased!

We've had wonderful customer service from the very beginning. From our initial meeting with Liesl, to the installation and service calls by Nick, everyone has been friendly, helpful, and great to work with. Our cooler/ice maker has been one of the best additions to our new office space, and we're so glad we went with Cullingan!

Convenience - I don't have to go purchase your product at a store and bring it in.. you deliver it to me. Also, our delivery guy is also so fast and efficient. He wants to make sure we are taken care of.
