Jakob was a huge help. Responded to a service call at my address and educated me on the system and process. He ensured the integrity of all required tests on-site and fully inspected my RO system, filters, valves, and rejectance vs acceptance water production rates. I would highly recommend Jakob to anyone in the future needed this Culligan system serviced.

I have been with Culligan for a long time because they do a great job. I just upgraded to their newest system (about a month ago) and believe it's the best yet. I have the total system support so they take care of the required maintenance and I just enjoy the results. I like that I deal with the same people year after year. Culligan is a good company with good people who take care of their customers.

Called in to pay our invoices for May 2026, Terry answered the call. She walked me through the process of how our payments are applied, to which a previous employee completed this incorrectly resulting in a nightmare for me the customer. Terry explained everything, made some corrections, sent me several emails after each transaction so I could follow along and see the results. Once we reached the total owing, she processed my payment, and sent the receipt. The whole time in our conversation, she would check for clarification and that I understood the process. Very patience, clearly spoken, would not interrupt me when I was asking/explaining something. She is a long time employee that needs to be rewarded for her expertise and clear voice when dealing with customers. My stress level fell to zero when dealing with Terry. Thank you for being the kind of person I like to deal with in the customer service position. Have a great day! :)

Mike Butler was our service representative today. He is courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. Mike did a terrific job servicing our water treatment system and informing of what he was doing and why. I also purchased the platinum care plan from Mike. The two yearly scheduled services will keep our water system healthy and working well.
I like the quality of the water supplying the whole house, as well as the drinking water processed by RO. I also like that the system measures the quantity of water used, rather than a timer, to determine when to regenerate, thus being as economical as possible.
