I like the heads up I get prior to the delivery of salt and the filter change. You delivery person is very responsive to my requests as to the number of bags to put in the unit. We just had the water tested - waiting for a report - but verbal results indicated the pretreated water is still hard but not as hard as the original test.
The soft water makes such a difference, especially better on the skin. I also filter my drinking water, which also makes a health improvement. I always have good, responsive customer service with Culligan. And with real people, not machines.

Reliable
Have a standing monthly salt delivery. Preschedule for 6-12 months out. This way I can have the deliveries on my calendar and plan accordingly.
Its delivered and put in softner and I don't have to do anything.
I like the product. I feel good knowing I have clean water on a daily basis to drink and cook with.
I am not happy that EVERY year the price goes up. Not in love with the sevice timing either. No one can be expected to leave a 5 hour window during the middle of the day.
