Your staff is the best both field and office! I rent both reverse osmosis water system and my soft water unit. Recently had annual filter changed on water system by Chris who has been to my house more than once. Fractured my back last fall so was unable to prepare under my sink for his arrival, he was more the kind putting me at ease, "not a problem". Call the office few weeks back, wanted to change my salt delivery, again "no problem, will that work for you" is always the answer. Majority of your staff has been there for many years, says something about the company standard, keep up the good work.

The deliveries are on time, the bottles are clean and placed on the porch as requested, and it is convenient. On the other side of the coin, the cost of the water is getting to a point where it's cheaper to just buy bottles at the store. When it gets there I will probably revisit my decision to have water delivered to the house.
