I have been a customer since 1994 and have only had a price increase two times or when I elected to increase my services. The people I've met in that time in the office or in my home have always been polite, courteous, and respectful of our home while providing excellent service. The water filter is changed on a regular basis with a call from the service rep telling me he is on his way. I have no need to look elsewhere for drinking water and soft water service. Thank you.
We are older and can’t just pick up a 40 pound bag of salt. The convenience of halving it delivered is great. Culligan is always on point with time and day they so up..Most of all your team is friendly and knowledgeable.

I’m very happy with the water and convenience however, I’ve had some setbacks with the installation. It was finally rectified after 9 months.
Corrects our difficult hard water issue and our new booster pump was the solution to aid our reverse osmosis system when salt was creeping into our drinking water. Great products!

The technician that delivers my salt is very polite and so respectful of my property (turns off lights, shuts doors, removes empty salt bags etc). While this should be the standard it often is not for services I receive from other providers.
