I like that we have salt delivered on the exact day they say so and that we get notification ahead of time about the time frame they’ll be delivering. Bobby delivers our salt to us and he is a great guy. He is very pleasant and answers all our questions.
I like that we have filtered water now and I think it’s the safest water to drink.

Our delivery driver is great. If I forget to put out my bottles he will leave me some based on the number of bottles left in the past. He always places the bottles near my porch door.

I’ve been a Culligan customer since 2006 and have been happy with their service and water softener. I especially appreciate the Gold privilege program for the scheduled salt delivery and the fact that help with my water softener is only a phone call away.

The service was great! The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and was very thorough in the work he did.
The service charge was double from the last time we had someone out, but that was four years ago.

I have monthly water delivery. I have a marvelous driver who hikes 4-6 5 gallon jugs up the hill to the house. Always with a smile and never a complaint.
