I like clean drinking water. I like delivery once a month. If I want extra bottles, there is never a problem with that. Online billing is great too. I like the email reminders letting me know when my delivery will be. It gives me a chance to maybe empty the current bottle in the machine if needed.

The water filter works great until it doesn't. That is normal, but the problem is that after our call for service it took almost two weeks for someone to show up to fix it. In the meantime we had to buy cases of bottled water.
You guys are always great. Receptionist are always very friendly and helpful.
