The water tastes great and our service guy (Mike) is awesome. He is self sufficient, fast, and friendly. I'd also like to add that he is trust worthy. Our building is a government building. Mike has a purity about him. We are grateful to have someone like him whom we can trust walking around our secured office.

Delivery of salt always arrives at scheduled time. The drivers are always courteous and conscious about wearing protective gear on feet preventing soiling carpet or flooring.
The delivery person, Steve Mansek, is so friendly and polite.
I wish the website was better. I cannot see the bills for salt and peroxide delivery.

Great tasting water and convenience
John always does a great job. Calls ahead and anticipates changes to our order. If we are busy (working from home) he always stacks the bottles neatly in the garage. Makes it so much easier knowing we don't have to chase down returns or request an extra bottle or 2.
Jeremy was a great salesman! Our service man was excellent also and helped to explain everything! Came back e immediately to fix a o ring problem under the sink!
