Nick was knowable and very efficient. The existing furnace had an hot exhaust pipe that protruded into the area of our washer and dryer area which was a hazard. During our furnace replacement Nick re-routed the pipe away from where people would run into it risking burns. He not only improved the visual effect of the furnace and components he made the area much safer. He went over and above making safe what other companies ignored in the past.

The men who cm were able to explain the system we had from prior owners and while nothing had to be repaired, the new knowledge is useful for the future.
