I went online and asked for Culligan to contact me. Within an hour the receptionist called me and was very helpful. She told me that Brock, the service rep, would contact me to come out and test my water. Within about 2 hours Brock called and he came out 2 days later. Brock tested my water and explained everything to me. The next week I had a water softener installed.I was very impressed by the work and knowledge of Josh and Keegan, who installed my softener. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. Thank you Culligan and your wonderful team
At the age of 80 I no longer want to carry bags of salt downstairs. Culligan keeps track of my water use, calls ahead of time, and delivers promptly. They always answer any of my questions.
I like the salt that I buy, the service that I get and the friendliness of the girls in the office. The drivers even put the Salt in for me which I appreciate being that I’m 80 years old.
