Your service men were very prompt, as well as courteous and kind. They lugged the pellets into my house and filled the tank for me. As a "older" female, I appreciate that kind of service. The product (water softener pellets) are the ones recommended by the softener company (not Culligan; another brand) so always use them. Thanks again.
