We had a water softening unit installed shortly after we purchased our house 10 years ago. We have never had any issues with their service or equipment. They are very responsive if you have a question or need more salt pellets delivered. I called because I had just had my 4 small filters changed and my water started tasting like mold. They gave me an appointment in 2 weeks which I protested. Then the manager callled me back and got me right in. They were wonderful, fixed the problem quickly and waived the service charge. I love Culligan!
