Improved billing.
Been with Rayne Water now Culligan Water Services for many years. I wish it had remained Rayne...more of a mom and Pop business...the billing was much simpler to understand. Extra charges of which some I feel are unnecessary...i.e. charging to mail an invoice! That's my opinion.
