I had been a customer of Rain So Soft but due to their high cost of service fees and very poor relations with customers I did not want to be part of such a company any longer actually giving away a 4 tank system for free of which I had over $10,000 invested in it. Companies must consider how they treat customers and overly charge for service. Culligan is well known and had I known about Culligan I would have gone with them first.
