We have had Culligan since we moved into this home since mid-2019. They replaced an older version of the water softener in 2020 and it has been operating well. Salt replacement is just on time as the last bit of salt runs out (most of the time). And if the salt level does get too low before their next scheduled replacement, a simple phone call gets a special delivery. We rent - so the $59 a month cost for salt and peace of mind that if anything needs servicing it will be done without additional cost is a reasonable way to go.
