The water is fresh. Jesus Jimenez was nice, quick, and helpful.
Product is very good so far service tech was excellent the scheduling was terrible.was supposed to be first appointment in the morning didn't show up until noon 2hrs late called in twice at 10:30 am and told me he was 15min. away never showed called again at 11:30 am was told he would be there in a few min. never showed until noon no notification about running late or told l was not first on the list. Lack of communication between Culigan and customer very disappointing.

I like that its easy, affordable & I dont have to carry all the jugs to the grocery store over and over. It is way worth it, when considering how much work actually goes into refilling those jugs.
