Well, I really liked your representative Derek the initial consultation explaining everything and today I had the water softener installed. He was very respectful efficient and explained everything thoroughly. I’m anxious to see how the water softener works in my house.

I have had no problems with any of your products so far, and even I am surprised on this statement, as I have dealt with you for many years. Now usually you come across at least one problem, but I guess I am one of those lucky ones. As for service that is something else. while I was growing up service meant that you were available to be able to help and or solve all of their questions? However, unless I go right to the store I don't get that service. Instead, I either get an answering machine that can't answer my question or an operator that that keeps transferring me to someone else. Now I realize that this may be the way of the future but for me and other people in my age bracket (excuse me for the language but "IT SUCKS') and it seems that nothing can be done about.

It’s the best water we’ve ever drank. We love our RO system that was just installed! It’s so convenient and we don’t have to worry about filtering our water anymore. The staff have been amazing in this process and we are very happy with the service we have received.
