Our water has a lot of iron and minerals and the culligan system takes care of that very well. We subscribe to the monthly maintenance as we are elderly and need someone else to do that. The service personnel are very nice and helpful. Miss Lori in the office has shown patience and helpfulness with my calls and questions.

The only thing I can think of is it would be nice if the bottles saved would not start over when they do annual servicing.

It took all the bitterness and smell right out of the water cleared it right up.\n I had kelligan one other time at another place when I bought this one. It cleared it up here too. Crystal clear water is what I like Anybody that has any water problems need to call Colligan.

Water softener does what it’s supposed to and the service is excellent. Today Jean was very nice and handled the delivery perfectly.

Scheduling did excellent, and how quickly got out. Even though I was not home for the service; my wife hasn't called back so all is well. Tech called prior to arriving as mentioned that was great.
