Your technicians are your strength. It is a good product and does the job but the technicians that have been out to my residence have been top notch at what they do and have been very knowledgeable and professional. They present themselves well and represent the company well. I should mention that my daughter uses Culligan and she is in Clifton Park, as I am.. Her experience has not been a very good one since she is serviced out of the Troy office. I would like to see her moved to the Scotia office if possible. She should have the same type of service that I do and she does not.

They work
The products are fantastic however getting support is sometimes challenging. The IVR is extremely annoying when you call. The hold music is horrible. Washington State seems very understaffed. The employees are always upbeat and represent Culligan even if understaffed. My only recommendation would be lose the IVR hold music if on hold for more than a minute it is annoying. Play it once and then something else or nothing at all.
service is good and happy with the quality of the product. always try to address your concerns very quickly . staff is good -recently on my issues Amber from Culligan called me back and resolved the issue right away.
Convince great service and great water
Nate was very nice, and the person who did the install was good as well.
We are elderly and like the convenience of bottled water delivered to our door step.
We are on a well and it doesn't taste as good as we would like for drinking.
Our cooler is a bottom load so we don't need to lift it Up.
