Works well. Never short of filtered water for drinking and cooking. Water tastes great. Also having chlorine removal for the whole house helps with softening the water and feels good on the skin. Service was excellent, on time, and informative.

The water softening and reverse osmosis systems works very well.
The service could be improved. We had several visits from your servicemen because of complications moving equipment around while the city installed a new water meter. It took a while to get our system up and running correctly again. Small omissions, e.g. not plugging in a cable, meant that we had to keep calling your people to come back. Better training is needed, I think.
However, all your servicemen were friendly and courteous. No complaints there.
