I've been renting a water softener and a reverse osmosis unit for over 10 years They are reasonably priced and RO unit includes annual membrane replacement. Water softener is excellent quality - no issues in over 10 years. One issue with RO unit and they were here within a day to fix the membrane. Softener salt delivery is convenient and reasonably priced, and staff are super helpful and nice. I highly recommend!

Simon was great at communicating what needs to be done in order for the installation of my new water softener and RO system. Installation went great and he took the time to walk me through everything he did and made sure I understood how each of the products worked

Soft water saves money
There is less lime or calcium build up on faucets,etc. So less cleaning. I think the appliances last longer, too. I love my drinking water filter. I don't have to smell the water.
