I have used Culligan for many years and have always been completely satisfied with the service. They have always notified me several days in advance when they'll be coming to add salt and change the pack. The service person is aware of how to access the softener and is very professional.
It was the first delivery service we had had with Culligan. Derek told me he had only been working with Culligan for three weeks. I found this to be incredible. It seemed like he would have been an employee that had been there for a very long time. He was efficient and extremely kind. I think he already deserves a promotion and I encouraged him to stay the course.

From the moment we arrived, even amidst the excitement of Ambler Days, we were warmly welcomed and promptly seated as we celebrated two birthdays and an early Father's Day together.
The cocktails were exceptional; thoughtfully crafted, well-balanced, and clearly made with care. To start, I enjoyed the edamame dumplings. The truffle sauce was divine, complemented beautifully by the fresh microgreens, and the filling was absolutely delightful. For my entrée, I chose the tuna wontons, which were equally impressive. The freshness and quality of the ingredients truly stood out.
My father-in-law ordered the steak with potatoes and vegetables and thoroughly enjoyed his meal. My mother-in-law selected the salmon, which was cooked perfectly and beautifully presented. My husband also greatly enjoyed his entrée and commented several times on how delicious it was.
We dined with our children as well, and while we ultimately found an option that worked for them, a small children's menu could be a thoughtful addition for younger guests who may have more traditional tastes. We initially ordered a pasta dish, but it was a bit too spicy for them. The kitchen was gracious enough to prepare plain buttered noodles, which they happily enjoyed.
Dessert was a wonderful finale to the evening. I chose the apple skillet pie, and it was outstanding. The apples were thinly sliced, perfectly cooked, and flavorful without becoming mushy. The dessert felt light and balanced rather than overly heavy.
Overall, our family had a truly enjoyable dining experience. The food, service, and presentation were all exceptional, and we appreciate the care and attention that went into making our celebration special. Thank you for a memorable evening.
