What I don't like about Culligan is the customer (me) having to contact Culligan each year for my annual Privilege Program 28 point inspection of my Culligan softening equipment.
I pay $44.78 monthly for the Privilege Program and Culligan makes the customer do the contact work I am paying for.
Culligan should note my account and reach out to the Privilege Program customer to schedule the 28 point annual inspection.

Installer Ryan went above and beyond and installing the water filtration system. The sink plumbing was old and difficult, and he went to the hardware store and brought back supplies to finish the job.
We have been Culligan customers for years and have always had good service from Culligan of Danville, IL. Recently we needed to replace our very old system with a new one, and Chad did the install promptly and efficiently. We appreciate the quick service! Five stars!
