After some issues with the delivery of salt, I finally got to a customer service representative who made the situation right again. I appreciate the response and how the service was responded to.

Uh, there were 2 young men that came out and installed a, a rental from you. And that was ben and zach from fishers. And they did an excellent job. They were very informative. They didn't care the lie, went out quite a bit to watch or check to see how they were doing the anyway. So I'm, I'm excited about my choice. I, I, I think it is, is working well because it has been almost a week now. And I, and I also appreciate that you have a service that will deliver the salt and install it because I'm 85 years old and I would have a hard time doing that. So anyway, if you had to find gentleman that you sent that day and I appreciate it.
I like receiving a reminder that service is due on our system. Making an appointment was easy.
