So far it seems to be working well and I can definitely tell a difference in my water. The taste is a far cry from what it was since I had very hard water. I'd recommend getting a water softener if your water was anything like mine!!

The water is great! Plus, service is friendly and communication is excellent. The only suggestion I have is that the time between receiving the bill and the due date could be longer.

The technician that installed the system was professional, provided great direction on what to look out for and rerouted an external line to ensure we weren’t sending softened water to a hose which was a little tricky to get to.
