They get the job done! We have a water softener we rent from you and a culligan cold/hot system rented as well. It’s nice not having to go out and buy the jugs at stores and haul them home. You do all that for us. We know when to expect you every month and the guy that delivers is very respectful when he places the products at our home. We like knowing our drinking water is safe from arsenic and other metals.
Up until this most recent delivery, everything has been pretty perfect. however, with what I pay monthly and for what I use in supplies (salt), I am definitely overpaying. I really only get a delivery once a year. This most recent delivery was just that, salt. The driver only spoke twice, to say "one more bag", and "ok sir." I did not do or say anything to offend him. He brought in the salt himself (even though I had a wheelbarrow ready next to the driveway to carry the salt, and as I was standing there, he drove right past me signaling to stop at the wheelbarrow), then he filled the salt. There was no other checking of the system, no sanitization packet, nothing except, "ok sir."
