I have had the Culligan water system for five years now, water softener and reverse osmosis tap water and have never regretted purchasing it. I have the platinum maintenance package and have not had any problems with the service. Occasionally the system malfunctions and a single phone call to Mast Culligan will explain to me how to fix the problem. If it is not a simple fix then a technician will come out and take care of the issue. While I saw other water treatment systems advertised, I knew a Culligan dealer when I lived up North who explained the system and how it works and he was right.
