your service techs answer questions and give me information without making me feel that I have no right to ask. they arrive pretty much on time and are clean and have tried to work with me on keeping the cost to repair my units to a minimum. The office staff are helpful and try to solve my problems over the phone by walking me thru re-setting my units.

Convience and of course the water
The water softener and reverse osmosis are great. I recently had both of them serviced. I was pleasantly surprised to learn I didn't need to change any of the RO filters yet, and the tech found that my softener was using too much salt. He changed the salt use setting. The tech was very thorough and knowledgeable.

Great quality and great delivery driver
I have used Culligan for many years and have always been completely satisfied with the service. They have always notified me several days in advance when they'll be coming to add salt and change the pack. The service person is aware of how to access the softener and is very professional.
It was the first delivery service we had had with Culligan. Derek told me he had only been working with Culligan for three weeks. I found this to be incredible. It seemed like he would have been an employee that had been there for a very long time. He was efficient and extremely kind. I think he already deserves a promotion and I encouraged him to stay the course.
