We love our drinking water and softener
Logan made a service call at our home 4/30 and we are very impressed. He was very thorough with his service on our reverse osmosis unit then he asked where our water softener was so he could check that. First time a technician has ever asked about our water softener when changing out filter on the reverse osmosis unit. He advised us the unit was in need of parts that are not made anymore. He gave us options and we decided to purchase a new unit. There was no pressure and he gave us all the information we needed. Our family is very impressed with Logan and hope he handles all our service requirements from now on.

The water is the best around!! I won’t drink any other kind now and we can’t drink other bottled water now cause we are so used to the crisp clear taste of culligan and that’s the truth!!
