The water softener seems to work well. After shopping around a little bit, I was pleased with the prices and the service of Culligan compared to a few others that we checked. I was especially pleased with the two people that came out, they were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The first man looked at our present system, went over all of the options and explained everything and was available to answer further questions that I had. The 2nd man was the installer and he did a great job. He was friendly, quiet, set everything up for us and cleaned up afterwards. We had no complaints or issues.
