So far things are going well. Our new Reznor unit was just installed in our garage on Monday and seems to humming along. The two installers, Noden and Jose worked along at a good pace and were very professional and friendly.

The product is very good. I would like Spring Water, but it's too expensive. Maybe someday I can switch. Normally the service is quite good although sometimes the delivery is off a day or two and I don't get my delivery according to your schedule. I have 4 empty bottles that didn't get picked up for 2 months because of the delivery schedule......that was not on the appointed date, but hopefully I will have the delivery service on the correct day this next time according to the schedule because I'm running out of room to keep all those empties.

I think your product is good and your services are good as well, service representatives are very friendly and they explain what they are doing to the machine.
