Clear explanation
All the Culligan people I have worked with, have been friendly and eager to help. The most recent issue I had, concerned a broken water softener that caused an unusually high water will. A technician came to the house and repaired the softener. The Culligan office decided that we were due a refund for the increase in our sewage charge. Kathleen Mobley of the Fort Walton Beach office was very involved in getting the refund check to us after some delays.

I actually had to delete a piece of equipment due to a major change in my well water system. I pay monthly for service & needed to get neutralizer off account. I talked with 5 different people. It was only Marcia Snyder, Office Manager at 73010 who had called me and took care of my request.
She handled the request very professionally and explained everything to me.
I have been with Culligan for many years & still will have my osmosis system serviced by Culligan.
